The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives you the right to ask for access to information that the CCG holds, either electronically or on paper.
This website is our ‘Publication Scheme’ under the terms of the Act and provides information about what we do and how we operate. Details of the CCGs’ budgets and spending is available in our Annual Reports.
If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, you can ask us directly by completing the form below, or by emailing or writing to us using the contact details provided.
The FOI Act doesn’t cover access to your personal information, for example your medical records. If you’d like to access these, please see the NHS website – how to access your health records.

Information that has been held previously by Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Groups is transferring to the new NHS Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group on 1 April 2021. Requests for legacy information can be submitted to this address: [email protected]

What to include
Your request must include:
- your name;
- your postal or email address; and
- a clear and specific description of the information you need.
We’ll get back to you within 20 working days, either with the information you’ve asked for or to let you know why we’re unable to provide it. Most requests can be answered within this time limit.
There’s no charge for sending you the information unless it involves a large amount of photocopied material. If this is the case, we have the right to charge you for the cost of photocopying and postage.
If the cost of locating, retrieving and collating the information you’ve asked for is more than £450 (i.e.18 hours’ work at £25 per hour), we have the right to refuse your request.
